Introductory Statement
Your most important marketing material is your personal brochure called
an Introductory Statement. It delivers the big picture over a page
to a page and a half. It’s a bird’s eye view from 10,000-foot elevation
of what your service is about.
The Introductory Statement should accomplish two things. First,
answer the Realtor’s question, “What’s in it for me?”
And secondly, set up a story line. A story line allows you to carry out more
messages with a common theme, a theme that repeats your position as a specialist.
Packaging gives your brand an identity - a human face. Seeing
is believing. Realtors understand with their eyes. If you’re not visible,
than you’re not in their mind. Packaging is your words and pictures that
make your services vivid. You want to make sure that Realtors who are your most
probable client see who you are. A brand breeds familiarity, and familiarity
breeds attraction.
